All our items are made-to-order with fixed product styles. You may customize printing patterns for free based on our existing style; please send high-definition original images over 1000 pixels via our email after ordering. If we receive no custom artwork email from you, we will produce goods with the default picture displayed on the product page automatically. Customization is available even for single-piece order.

We deliver to all 50 US states (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands). Every order includes free global delivery and an official valid tracking number.

We partner with major U.S. carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier for your order will be automatically selected based on your location, package size, and delivery requirements to ensure fast, reliable service.

Once your order is shipped, we will send all tracking details directly to your email address. You’ll receive a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s delivery status in real time.

All our auto interior accessories follow universal standard sizing, compatible with most mainstream vehicle models. If you have doubts about size matching for your car, feel free to contact us via email before placing orders.

All products are custom pre-order items. Full cancellation and refund is available within 1 business day after your payment, as long as your order hasn’t been arranged for production yet.

Once production starts, customized items cannot be returned or refunded due to personal dislike, wrong size selection or other personal reasons. We only provide free replacement or compensation if items have confirmed factory production defects.
